SEVENTEEN has revealed a new side of themselves through the music video for their latest title track 'THUNDER'.

On May 26 at 6 p.m., SEVENTEEN released the MV for 'THUNDER', the title track of their fifth full-length album, through HYBE Labels’ YouTube channel and official SNS. The video portrays the members embracing their inner 'Daredevil' and gathering at the virtual 'Blitz Club' for a symbolic rebirth.

‘Blitz Club’ is depicted as a space only accessible to those who have dared to take on challenges. Through previous concept photos, the group hinted at themes of self-disappearance, transformation, and explosive potential. The MV visually expands on these ideas with vivid styling, experimental visuals, and overwhelming energy from the members.

A recurring prop that merges a public phone with a defibrillator appears throughout the video, drawing attention. According to PLEDIS Entertainment, this device symbolizes a portal to the ‘Blitz Club’ and represents SEVENTEEN’s commitment to communication and continued creative challenges.

'THUNDER' is an EDM-based dance pop track with a catchy hook, describing SEVENTEEN’s transformation through challenge, likened to thunder and lightning. The song was pre-released during the ‘B-DAY PARTY : BURST Stage @잠수교’ held on May 25, drawing an enthusiastic response from the crowd.

The new album includes three group songs and solo tracks by all 13 members, with contributions from global artists such as Pharrell Williams, Timbaland, and Korean singer-songwriter Ha Hyunsang.

Celebrating their 10th debut anniversary, SEVENTEEN signals a bold new era. Starting May 26, the ‘THUNDER’ MV is being screened at Shinsegae Square in Jung-gu, Seoul, and the group will perform their comeback stage on Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ on May 29.
