SEVENTEEN Celebrates 10th Anniversary with ‘BURST Stage’ at Jamsu Bridge, Draws 60,000 Fans
SEVENTEEN (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) held a special pre-anniversary event at Jamsu Bridge in celebration of their 10th debut anniversary.
On May 25, SEVENTEEN hosted their event ‘B-DAY PARTY: BURST Stage @Jamsu Bridge’ at Banpo Hangang Park in Seoul. They opened the performance by unveiling "THUNDER," the title track from their fifth full-length album ‘HAPPY BURSTDAY,’ set for release on May 26. The performance featured a stunning mix of fountains, fireworks, and lasers.
Around 6,000 fans filled the seats set up on the bridge, while an estimated 60,000 gathered across Banpo Hangang Park to enjoy the show from a broadcast zone.
During the event, Mingyu shared, “I imagined what performing on Jamsu Bridge would be like. Everything feels perfect.” Hoshi added, “We’re told we’re the first K-pop group to perform here,” and Seungkwan expressed his excitement, saying, “This was one of the most thrilling and emotional stages.”
SEVENTEEN also showcased songs like "HBD," "HOT," "April shower," "Our Dawn Is Hotter Than Day," "Headliner," "I’m Going to You Now," and "Rock with you." The show featured special stage effects, including fireworks over the Han River and the landmark Moonlight Rainbow Fountain.
The group communicated closely with fans throughout the event, engaging in crowd waves and fan chants. As the concert neared its end, Hoshi remarked on how fast time has flown over 10 years. Joshua added, “Being here with CARATs at the Han River feels truly special.”
To close, SEVENTEEN performed "Let’s Go Together," "God of Music," and "Eyes on you," finishing with the encore track "Very NICE," set against a backdrop of water fireworks and a rainbow fountain.
