BLACKPINK's Lisa Wins Best K-Pop at the MTV VMAs in the U.S.

BLACKPINK's Risa won the "Best K-Pop" category at the MTV Video Music Awards (MTV VMAs) for "ROCKSTAR" at the American pop music awards show. Lisa previously won the same award in 2022 for her solo song "Lalisa."

Lisa was up against competition from BTS's Jungkook's "Seven," NCT Dream's "Smoothie," NUJINS' "Super Shay," Stray Kids' "Rock," and Tomorrow By Together's "Déjà Vu."

In addition to Best K-Pop, Lisa is also up for four Hoover Awards at the 2024 MTV VMAs, including Best Choreography, Best Art Direction, and Best Editing.

Lisa also performed as a performer on the night, performing "ROCKSTAR" and "NEW WOMAN."

The night also included a performance of her own.
