NCT’s Doyoung to Return with Second Solo Album ‘Soar’ on June 9…“Hoping to Share the Power of Flight”
Doyoung of NCT is making a solo comeback with his second album.
At midnight on May 19, Doyoung unveiled teaser content for his upcoming album ‘Soar’ through NCT’s official SNS channels. The visuals featured wing-like movements and expanding light, visually conveying the meaning behind the album title.
‘Soar’ consists of 10 tracks and will be released in full on June 9 at 6 PM KST across various platforms including Melon, Flo, Genie, iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, QQ Music, Kugou Music, and Kuwo Music.
Doyoung shared his hopes for the album, saying, “I wish this album can become a small but solid inspiration for those dreaming of flight in their own way, giving them the courage to take another step forward.” Having drawn strength from music himself, he now aims to offer that same strength to listeners.
Following his first solo album ‘YOUTH’ last year, which resonated with honest reflections on youth, Doyoung presents a more mature perspective and deeper message in ‘Soar’, signaling a growth in his musical expression.
Doyoung will also embark on his second Asia tour, ‘2025 DOYOUNG CONCERT 'Doors'’, starting with performances at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul from June 13 to 15, before heading to six more cities across Asia.
The album ‘Soar’ will also be released in physical format on June 9, with pre-orders opening on May 19 through various online and offline music stores. <저작권자 ⓒ 코인리더스 무단전재 및 재배포 금지>
