Stray Kids to release Japanese mini 3rd album 'Hollow' on June 18th

Group Stray Kids will release their third mini album, "Hollow," on June 18 in Japan.

The album will be the group's first local mini-album in nearly three years, following their second Japanese mini-album "CIRCUS" released in June 2022, and is highly anticipated by fans. In the accompanying teaser image, she is seen holding a transparent ball in her hand, giving off a mysterious and sensual vibe, and piquing curiosity about the concepts that the new album will showcase.

Stray Kids celebrated the fifth anniversary of their Japanese debut on March 18th. Since their official debut in Japan in March 2020, the group has been steadily gaining popularity in the country, topping major music charts such as Oricon, Tower Records, and Billboard Japan. In November and December last year, as part of their world tour "Stray Kids World Tour" (Dominate), the group performed six concerts at Tokyo Dome and Kyocera Dome Osaka, mobilizing an estimated 315,000 people.

Recently, the band's second Japanese single, "Scars / 소리꾼 -Japanese ver.", released in 2021, has been certified platinum by the Japan Record Association for cumulative sales of more than 250,000 copies, and the band's second Japanese studio album, "GIANT", released in November 2024, has been certified double platinum for cumulative sales of more than 500,000 copies.

Member Felix also gained attention on the global charts as a featured artist on Japanese artist LiSA's new single "ReawakeR (feat. Felix of Stray Kids). The song debuted at #1 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart in the U.S. and has continued to perform strongly on the Billboard Japan Global Japan Songs (excluding Japan) chart for six consecutive weeks.

Meanwhile, STRAY KIDS recently wrapped up their world tour in Mexico City and will be holding four solo concerts at Shizuoka Stadium Ekofa from May 10 to 18. This will be the group's first time performing in a Japanese stadium since their debut, so there's a lot of anticipation for what they'll bring to the stage.
