UNIS GEHLEE to Host 'Simply K-pop' as Special MC... Takes on the Challenge of Hosting Her First Music Broadcast

Group UNIS's GEHLEE will try her hand at MCing a music broadcast for the first time since her debut.

F&F Entertainment announced that GEHLEE will appear as a special MC on Arirang TV's "Simply K-Pop," which will be broadcast live on April 14.

"Simply K-Pop" previously attracted the attention of global fans when Elysia participated as a special MC for about four weeks. This time around, GEHLEE will be the host and will connect with viewers around the world.

GEHLEE has been attracting attention from global fans with her unique visuals and stage dominance, and will showcase her new charms through her MC appearance. In particular, it is expected that she will showcase her fluent English skills and natural hosting style.

With this, more than half of UNIS' members have gained experience as music broadcast MCs. In addition to Nana, who was selected as a fixed MC for SBS M's "The Show" before her debut, Elysia and Im Seo Won have also been active as MCs for music broadcast specials.

Meanwhile, UNIS will be releasing their second mini album "SWICY" on May 15. "SWICY" is a combination of "Spicy" and "Sweet," and the concept is to express the colorful charm of a teenage girl with both intensity and tenderness.

Simply K-Pop, featuring GEHLEE as the special MC, will be broadcast live on Arirang TV as well as uploaded on YouTube channel Koreanet.
