UNIS releases first concept photo for her second mini album 'Swish'... a perfect teenage transformation

Group UNIS has launched a comeback with a new concept that heralds its transformation.

On January 1, UNIS released the first concept photo for their second mini album "SWICY," titled "Archive," through their official social media channels. The images released on this day consisted of 13 photos, ranging from full group shots to individual shots and unit shots of Jin Hyun Joo, Nana, and Jelly Danca."

The image of all eight members wearing their school uniforms is particularly eye-catching. The navy color of the uniforms, accented with red ties, emphasized Yunis' unique teenage sensibility and created a different atmosphere.

In the individual concept photos, the members' colorful charms were captured against the backdrop of a school, including stairs, classrooms, and hallways. Jin Hyun Joo, Nana, and Jelly Danca created visual immersion by expressing different aspects of teenage girls. In the unit shots, they lean against the wall side by side and stare at the same place, adding a refreshing vibe.

The pre-sale of the album "Swish" also began at noon today through various music retailers. The album will be released in three versions - Archive, Recipe, and Keyring - and is expected to be designed and organized to reflect Eunice's unique loveliness and genji sensibility.

The album's name 'SWICY' is a neologism that combines 'Spicy' meaning spicy and 'Sweet' meaning sweet, and the story and emotions set in a school setting are resolved with these keywords.

Unis will release their second mini album "Sweets" on May 15, and will begin their 2025 activities in earnest.
