Park Eun-Bin Takes on an Intense Acting Transformation in 'Hyper Knife'...Coming to theaters on April 19th

Actress Park Eun-bin shows a different side of himself in his new film

The Disney+ Original Series "Hyper Knife" is a medical thriller about a promising genius doctor, Jung Se-ok (Park Eun-bin), who reunites with his mentor, Choi Duk-hee (Seol Kyung-gu), who has led him down a downward spiral.

Park Eun-bin plays Jung Se-ok, a doctor with a talent for brain surgery who lives as a shadow doctor after having his license stripped by his mentor. Park Eun Bin, who has been loved for her warm and bright characters, will show a new side in this drama, with a harsh atmosphere and sharp emotions.

The behind-the-scenes poster also reveals Park's transformation. Unconcerned about the blood stains on his face from his surgery, he exudes a sensitive mood and is intensely engaged as soon as the shot starts rolling. He focused on the details of his character's emotions, coming up with his own ideas for everything from his hairstyle to his brain tattoo and piercings.

"Se-ok is the most instinctive character I've ever played," Park said, "and I tried to express his uncontrolled emotions in a way that made them understandable."

"Hyper Knife" is expected to showcase Park Eun Bin's new acting spectrum. "Hyper Knife" will premiere globally on Disney+ at 4 p.m. on Nov. 19.
