Blackpink's Jenny Announces October Solo Album Release...in Collaboration with Columbia Records

BLACKPINK's JENNIE is set to release a solo album.

OA Entertainment (ODDATELIER) announced on Monday that JENNIE will be making a comeback with a solo single in October in partnership with major U.S. record label Columbia Records.

Jenny will be releasing her first solo album in about a year since her special single "You & Me," which was released last October.

Jenny's collaboration with The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp, "One Of The Girls," released last year, has surpassed 1 billion cumulative streams on Spotify and spent 20 consecutive weeks on Billboard's Hot 100, the main song chart. Jenny became the first Korean female solo artist to earn platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America for the song.

OA Entertainment said, "Jenny has proven her musicality by crossing various genres, so please look forward to her solo comeback."
