Newzine's live broadcast calling for Min Hee-jin's reinstatement raises questions of premeditation
Newzines members held an unannounced and sudden live broadcast on Nov. 11, demanding the return of former CEO Min Hee-jin and "returning ADORE to its original state by the 25th."
But some critics claimed the broadcast was planned.
As evidence, Newzine pointed to the fact that the account that broadcast the live stream had 1,250 subscribers. The account had more than 1,000 subscribers, raising suspicions of pre-planning, given that the account owner was not disclosed.
YouTube live broadcasts require a minimum of 1,000 subscribers to unlock the viewer limit. This has raised questions about whether accounts with more than 1,000 subscribers were set up in advance for this live broadcast, and whether it was pre-planned.
There were signs of helpers throughout the broadcast. Hands were seen removing the camera cover during the actual broadcast. Members were often seen looking to the right of the camera. Some have argued that they appear to be following someone's instructions.
In addition, a Japanese translation of the video was uploaded shortly after the broadcast ended. The translated video was prepared in advance, raising questions about pre-planning.
The translated video was also uploaded shortly after the broadcast. <저작권자 ⓒ 코인리더스 무단전재 및 재배포 금지>
