BELIFT LAB, the agency of ENHYPEN, has announced a strong response to the illegal behavior of illegitimate fans.

On the 5th, BELIFT LAB announced on Weverse, a fan communication platform, that "the behavior that threatens the safety of artists and infringes on their privacy is reaching a serious level," and that "we are taking a strong response, including legal action."

According to the company, illegal stalking behavior has recently occurred, such as hiring delivery drivers or drivers to access members' homes and selling videos of artists. In response, BELIFT LAB explained that it is conducting criminal proceedings based on evidence secured from CCTV and other sources.

The agency also said that an airline employee who illegally sold airline ticket boarding information was caught after an investigation, and urged people to "refrain from buying and selling artists' private information."

The agency also pointed to other behaviors, such as boarding the same flight with illegal ticket information or persistently photographing artists in private spaces. "All of these behaviors constitute stalking, which is extremely damaging to the artist, and we want to make it clear that they are done against the artist's will."

In addition to the issue of fake fans, the label also warned about the spreading of falsehoods online to discredit ENHYPEN. "We have identified that some individuals are systematically spreading rumors and selling related information in online chat rooms," the company said, "and we are gathering evidence and taking strong legal action against these illegal activities."

The company said it has already reported several cases of stalkers, and police investigations are ongoing, adding that it will "continue to work hard to protect our artists."
