BTS's J-Hope to perform at charity event in France... "special meaning"
J-HOPE will take the stage at the "Yellow Coins for Charity" charity event at La Defense Arena in Paris, France, on March 23. The event will raise funds to help hospitalized children and adolescents and is organized by the Hospital Foundation, led by French First Lady Brigitte Macron.
J-HOPE will be the first Korean male solo artist to perform at the event, alongside G-Dragon and Taeyang. Other international artists such as Katy Perry, John Legend, and BLACKPINK's Rose will also perform. For fans who can't make it to the festival, the performance will be broadcast live on France 2 on April 28.
Local media outlets in France have also highlighted the news of J-Hope's participation. Paris Match, a popular French weekly newspaper, emphasized that BTS has never appeared on French television before, making J-Hope's appearance on the show a special one.
J-HOPE will be performing in France for the first time in about five years and seven months since BTS's 2019 world tour. In particular, the group's appearance at Paris Fashion Week in January 2023 attracted a large number of fans, so high interest is expected for this performance as well. <저작권자 ⓒ 코인리더스 무단전재 및 재배포 금지>
