SEVENTEEN BSS hits half-million seller mark with new album...10th anniversary of Seventeen off to a successful start

Group SEVENTEEN's unit BSS has shown off its recording power with a new album.

BSS's second single, "TELEPARTY," sold 529,936 copies in its first week of release, according to Hanteo Charts on Friday. This is a rare record for a K-pop unit album to reach half a million sales in its first week. With this achievement, BSS topped the weekly music chart on Hantar Chart, marking a successful start to the 10th anniversary of SEVENTEEN's debut.

The title track "Jeans" also performed well on the music charts. In addition to topping the real-time charts on Bucks, the song has also reached the top of major music sites such as Melon and Genie. The song also gained traction overseas, topping the iTunes Top Songs chart in eight countries and regions and reaching the top 10 in 20 countries and regions.

The music video is also a big hit. On the 9th, it was the No. 1 trending video on YouTube, and it remains at the top of YouTube's trending music video charts in Korea and Japan.

BSS wrapped up his music broadcasting activities on SBS's "Inkigayo" on the 12th, and continues to meet with fans through entertainment programs. On the 17th, the band members will appear in a web show with BIGBANG member DaeSung on the YouTube channel "Zip DaeSung," and on the 21st, Seungkwan and Dokyeom will appear in "Salon Drip 2" on the YouTube channel "TEO TEO."

Seventeen's group activities will also continue.
