Group ZEROBASEONE has kicked off its comeback activities in Korea and Japan.

ZEROBASEONE released an album sampler and music video teaser for its first EP album "PREZENT" in Japan on its official YouTube channel on Wednesday.

"PREZENT" is Zero Base One's debut EP album in Japan, and was prepared in response to the overwhelming love they received from their local fanbase, ZEROZ. The album consists of six songs, including four Japanese originals and Japanese versions of two Korean tracks."

The album sampler is set in a miniature house designed with various windows, and each time a song is played, a related object appears through the window. In addition, the music video teaser raised expectations with a sensual visual aesthetic reminiscent of a scene from a youth movie."

The album is organized as a double title track. The first title track, "NOW OR NEVER," conveys the message of "I always have a heart for you, even when we're apart," with a drum and bass and rock sound. The second title track, "Only One Story," is an encouraging anthem for those embarking on an adventure, and has been selected as the latest opening song for the popular Japanese TV anime Pokémon.

The album also includes "Firework," which features a bouncy melody in the disco house genre; "HANA," the group's first fan song in Japan, which features a strong rock sound and delicate emotions from the members; and Japanese versions of their domestic hits "Feel the POP" and "GOOD SO BAD.

Meanwhile, ZEROBASEONE surprised fans with the news of their domestic comeback ahead of the release of their Japanese EP, "Present," on May 29th. The group is set to release their fifth mini album next month, and will continue their activities by premiering the track "Doctor! Doctor!" on the 20th.
