Jo Yu-ri has stepped up her acting game and is expanding her acting spectrum.

Jo Yu-ri's appearance in the second season of the Netflix series "Squid Game," which was released on Dec. 26 last year, has been met with an explosive response. This season follows the story of Ki-hoon (Lee Jung-jae), who returns to the game with a vengeance, and the tense confrontation between the frontman (Lee Byung-hun) who tries to stop him, as well as the game's restart.

Jo Yoo-ri stood out in the film as Jun-hee, a contestant who entered the game after losing her fortune due to faulty investment information. She delicately portrayed her character's emotions with a calm and stable acting tone. In particular, she conveyed complex psychology through her eyes alone, enhancing the immersion of the drama, and in the second half of the film, she perfectly executed the scene where she screamed in fear for her survival, maximizing her emotions.

Jo Yu-ri, who has been dreaming of acting since she was a member of the theater club at school, has been steadily growing as an actress by challenging various works. In the web drama "Mimicus," she played her first lead role and left a strong presence, solidifying her position as an actress.

Later, she made a special appearance in the TV original "Work Later, Drink Now 2," and despite her short appearance, she captured the attention of viewers with her impressive performance. With her natural acting and line delivery, she emerged as a new stealer and raised expectations for her future activities.

Acting as a singer and actress, Jo Yu-ri has shown her versatility and will continue to solidify her position as a multi-talented actress through various works.
