IU to release live concert film 'The Winning' on Jan. 24...see the emotional moment on screen
"IU Concert: The Winning" is based on the live performance of IU's 100th concert, "HEREH ENCORE: THE WINNING," held on September 21 and 22, 2024. It will be the first concert film to be released in all formats, including 2D, IMAX, SCREENX, 4DX, and ULTRA 4DX, and will provide an immersive and on-the-spot experience that can only be felt in theaters.
The main poster released along with the news of the release captures IU's charm in a purple dreamy atmosphere. In particular, the purple sky and scattered hallcars depicted on the poster are reminiscent of the title track of the mini 6th album, "Hallcars," and further heighten the anticipation of fans.
The main trailer opens with a drone show in the Sangam sky. It shows IU interacting with her fans in a packed arena and delivering an epic performance. The trailer conveys the enormous scale and intensity of the concert through spectacular stage direction and lighting, captivating audiences with its intense energy.
The first week of the movie's release will also feature a number of on-site events for Eugenies. This will make the experience even more special for fans.
"IU Concert: The Winning" is a special gift to close 2024 and open 2025, and will be released in CGV cinemas nationwide from January 24th. <저작권자 ⓒ 코인리더스 무단전재 및 재배포 금지>
