Seventeen's special unit BSS (Seungkwan, DK, Hoshi) is returning with his second single after nearly two years. The band's agency Pledis Entertainment released a trailer video for his new album, "How Are Your Youth?" on July 27, revealing that the new single is titled "TELEPARTY."

The trailer presents a warm and playful atmosphere with the message that "youth is now". Beginning with the question, "What is youth, is it just being young?", the video shows everyday life of different age groups and concludes with the answer, "Youth is knowing how to enjoy life in the moment."

BSS plays the role of a "youth guardian" in the trailer. He gives free time to students who are tired of studying, finishes work for office workers who are tired of working overtime, and acts as a mischief-maker for seniors who are stuck in a monotonous routine. These settings are both sympathetic and hilarious."

Also, actor Moon Sang-hoon made a special appearance in the trailer. He appears as "Moon Sam," a popular character on his YouTube channel, and adds to the fun through a situation drama with BSS.

"TELEPARTY" is a combination of telepathy and party, meaning a party connected to everyone in the world.
