RM releases first solo documentary 'Right People, Wrong Place' in 110 countries...a heartfelt journey in the air

BTS leader RM will connect with fans around the world in his first solo documentary film, 'RM: Right People, Wrong Place'. The film, which will be released simultaneously in approximately 110 countries and territories, including Korea, on December 5, captures RM's musical journey and human struggles, focusing on the making of his second solo album, Right Place, Wrong Person.

RM is unapologetically honest and authentic in the video. In the video, he talks about his desire to love himself more, noting that "change starts when you reveal the negative and personal side of yourself." "I wanted to tell a story about myself," he says in an unpublished interview published in the program book, "and I felt that in order to love myself, I had to be the most honest I could be."

The film delicately depicts RM's process of constantly exploring himself and connecting with the world around him through music. In the process of making an album, he puts in deep thought and effort to perfect his own color, and receives heartfelt support and belief from those who watch. This process plays an important role in his journey to find the "real me."

The documentary is also a heartfelt record of all the things RM loves and is immersed in, capturing his meticulous taste and passion. During the album's production process, RM handpicked the staff in all areas, including music and visuals, to create his own style. "He's like a sparkling boy who really loves music and is genuinely interested in culture," says Oh Hyuk of the band Hyuk-O, adding that "RM's passion makes everyone around him happy."
