LE SSERAFIM Raises K-Pop Stature with Global Awards Sweep

Girl group LE SSERAFIM is continuing its global rise with a string of nominations at major music awards abroad.

The BBMAs select nominees based on album and music sales, streaming, radio airplay, touring and social engagement over the past 12 months. LE SSERAFIM has built a solid track record with the song, which has spent 28 consecutive weeks on the Billboard Global Songs chart, and is a favorite to win.

LE SSERAFIM's global accolades don't stop there. In September, they won PUSH Performance of the Year at the MTV Video Music Awards, one of the four biggest music awards shows in the US. They also performed a solo set during the pre-show to rave reviews.

On October 10, the group became the first K-pop girl group to be invited to perform as an official performer at the MTV Europe Music Awards, Europe's largest music awards show. The group won the award for "Best Push," raising the profile of K-pop as a genre.
