ATEEZ Conquers the Billboards Once Again with Mini 11th Album... No. 1 on the Billboard 200

Group ATEEZ has once again proven its global presence with its second No. 1 album on the U.S. Billboard 200 main album chart.

According to Billboard's announcement on the 24th (local time), ATEEZ's 11th mini album GOLDEN HOUR : Part.2 will top the Billboard 200 on the 30th. This marks the second time a K-pop boy group has ever had more than one album debut at No. 1 on the chart, with BTS, STRAYKIDS, and ATEEZ being the only other K-pop boy groups to do so."

The release of GOLDEN HOUR: Part.2 marks the second time a K-pop boy group has debuted at No. 1 on the chart.

The Billboard 200 is ranked by combining physical album sales, Streaming Equivalent Album (SEA), which converts streaming figures to album sales, and Track Equivalent Album (TEA), which converts digital music downloads to album sales.

ATEEZ has been on a steady rise recently, with five consecutive albums reaching the top three on the Billboard 200. The group has continued their strong performance with mini 8th album THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT at No. 3, mini 9th album THE WORLD EP.2 : OUTLAW at No. 2, regular 2nd album at No. 1, and mini 10th album Golden Hour : Part 1 at No. 2.

The mini 11th album is an extension of Golden Hour : Part 1, which was released in May, and this time, the album contains the message of discovering the 'complete me' and fiercely living every moment.

The group's achievement is seen as more than just a chart record, but as an example of how K-pop's global status has been strengthened.
