Jin of BTS has once again demonstrated his global reach by debuting on the Billboard 200, the U.S. Billboard's main album chart, with his first solo album.

According to a chart preview article released by Billboard on Nov. 25 (KST), Jin's first solo album, *Happy*, debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 chart on Nov. 30. This coincides with the release of Jin's first solo album and shows that the members of BTS are also gaining prominence in their individual careers.

Billboard said that Happy earned its high ranking by selling 66,000 units of physical music, 8,000 SEA units of streams, and 3,000 TEA units of digital music downloads.

With this achievement, BTS has set a unique record as the first K-pop artist to have both the group and each individual member reach the top five of the Billboard 200. As a group, BTS has already released several chart-topping albums, including the Love Yourself series, Map of the Soul series, BE, and Proof.

Members also showed a strong presence in their solo activities. RM performed well with Mono. (No. 26) and Indigo (No. 3), while Suga ranked highly with D-Day (No. 2), which he released under the name August D. J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook all charted with solo albums, continuing their dominant performance in both group and individual activities.

JIN's title track, "Running Wild," also broke new records for a solo song upon its release, reaching Spotify's Daily Top Songs Global (#8), Weekly Top Songs Global (#10), and UK Official Singles Chart (#25).

With his dominant presence on the global charts, we can't wait to see what's next for Jin.
