"As of today, I am resigning from my position as an inside director of ADORE, and I am terminating the shareholder agreement with HYBE, and I will take legal responsibility for HYBE's breach of contract," Min said in the statement.
She described the past seven months of conflict as "one hell of a battle," adding, "We did everything we could to honor our shareholder agreement and get Airdor back on track, which began with HYBE's illegal audit in April, but HYBE ultimately refused to admit wrongdoing. I have come to the conclusion that further efforts are futile and have decided to resign."
Min also strongly criticized the accusations against her and HYBE's attitude. "I was witch-hunted with unorthodox attacks and ridiculous framing of 'management takeover,' which is hardly believable for a large company," she said. "This case is far from over, but I am sincerely grateful to the Newzines fandom Burnies and many others who have supported me."
Finally, she summarized the situation by saying, "You may question why I persevered, but I believe there is a reason and meaning for people like me to exist in the world."
With this announcement, the conflict between Min Hee-jin and HYBE has entered a new phase, and it will be interesting to see how the legal battle between the two sides will play out. <저작권자 ⓒ 코인리더스 무단전재 및 재배포 금지>
