BTS's Jin dominates global charts with solo album Happy

BTS member Jin is making a strong presence for fans around the world with his solo album Happy. According to the latest Spotify charts, the title track, "Running Wild," reached No. 8 on the Daily Top Songs Global chart with more than 4.93 million streams on its first day of release. It's Jin's highest-performing solo song to date, surpassing the No. 9 spot achieved by his previous release, I'll Be There, last month.

Running Wild also proved to be a global hit, reaching the top 10 on the Daily Top Songs chart in 10 countries/regions, including South Korea, Singapore, and Thailand. In addition, every song on the album charted on Spotify's Daily Top Songs Global chart, including I'll Be There (#20), Heart on the Window (with Wendy) (#99), Another Level (#106), and Until I Reach You (#115).

JIN's "Happy Energy" also exploded in Japan. Running Wild debuted at No. 1 on Oricon's Daily Digital Singles Rankings, with all of the album's tracks reaching the top 20, and the album sold over 840,000 copies on Hantar Chart on its first day of release, quickly surpassing the opening sales of its predecessor The Astronaut.

Jin's popularity on iTunes has also been strong. The title track, Running Wild, hit #1 in 70 countries and territories, including Australia, Finland, and Brazil, demonstrating Jin's global reach.
