Red Velvet Yeri Returns to 'BITCH X RICH Season 2'...Expect a Deeper Baek Jena Character

Red Velvet member Kim Yerim (Yeri) is set to reprise her role as Baek Je-na in the second season of teen psychological thriller drama "BITCH X RICH."

On the 14th, YG Entertainment and WINAT Media announced the production news of "BITCH X RICH Season 2," in which Kim Yerim confirmed her casting. The drama is a teen psychological thriller about power games set in an aristocratic school, Cheongdam International High School, and Kim will play Baek Jena, the leader of the top class, Diamond 6.

Kim Yerim received critical acclaim for her vivid portrayal of Baek Jena in Season 1, a complex character who is both a glamorous and regal chaebol heir and a person with a broken family. Season 2 will showcase Baek Jena's growth as she fights to keep what's hers amidst complex power relationships and hostile eyes. Her calm poker face and deeper emotional performance are highly anticipated.

Kim Yerim has been recognized for her potential as an actress, winning the '2023 Brand of the Year Award - Actress of the Year' and the 'APAN Star Awards Web Drama Female Actress' for her performance in Season 1, and has recently ventured into the screen with the film 'Next' and is continuing her active acting career.
