Yul-hee seeks custody, property division lawsuit after ex-husband Choi Min-hwan 'sex trafficking' revelations
The media outlet Yonhap Daily reported on Thursday, citing legal sources, that Yul-hee recently filed a request for a change of custody and alimony and property division with the Seoul Family Court.
Yul-hee and Choi Min-hwan divorced last year in a negotiated divorce without any adjustments to property division or alimony. Choi took custody of their three children. However, Yul-hee agreed to take custody of the children once she was ready for them, and the process was finalized without any legal action."
Later, Choi Min-hwan appeared on KBS2's "The Return of Superman" with his three siblings and revealed his daily life after the divorce. Yulhee also appeared on TV Chosun's "Now I'm Alone" and revealed her dancing life.
But some criticized Yulhee for giving up custody of her children, and it was claimed that Yulhee's deviant behavior was the reason behind the divorce.
In the end, Yul-hee recently revealed on her YouTube channel, "Yul-hee's House," that Choi Min-hwan had visited a sex shop during their marriage. As evidence, she released a recording of a conversation between Choi Min-hwan and a man who allegedly worked in a brothel. She also claimed that Choi Min-hwan sexually molested her in front of her family.
The posters then filed a complaint against Choi Min-hwan with the National Newspaper Report, accusing him of violating the Sex Trafficking Punishment Act and forcible molestation, and the Gangnam Police Station received the case and launched a formal investigation. <저작권자 ⓒ 코인리더스 무단전재 및 재배포 금지>
