Group SEVENTEEN celebrates the bright futures of young people around the world.

On Jan. 28 (local time), the exterior of the Empire State Building was lit up in Seventeen's signature colors of rose quartz and serenity. The lighting ceremony commemorated the release of SEVENTEEN's (Scoops, Jungjeong, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Uzi, D.E.A.T., Mingyu, Dogyeom, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino) mini 12th album "SPILL THE FEELS" and their ongoing SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR IN US in major cities across North America. UNESCO, which appointed SEVENTEEN as the first youth goodwill ambassadors, also participated in the ceremony."

The lighting ceremony was also attended by the members of SEVENTEEN.

Vernon, who took the microphone on behalf of the members, said, "We are so honored to be able to attend the Empire State Building lighting ceremony. It's even more so to be here as a UNESCO Youth Goodwill Ambassador. I am so excited to see the Empire State Building shining in the colors of Seventeen. I hope everyone, including my beloved CARAT (fandom name), enjoys today's event. We hope that our sincere desire to support the bright futures of young people around the world reaches each and every one of them."

SEVENTEEN will also perform on ABC's popular morning program Good Morning America on October 30th. The group will then continue their world tour in Texas (Oct. 31, Nov. 1), Oakland (Nov. 5-6), and Los Angeles (Nov. 9-10). They will also perform on a Japanese dome tour in November and December and in major Asian cities early next year.
