BTS J-hope to be discharged from military service on Sunday...second discharge after Jin
While his agency, Big Hit Music, requested that the public refrain from visiting the military base on the day of his discharge due to safety concerns, the area in front of the base was crowded with reporters, including Global Army (the name of the fandom).
J-hope spotted the fans and media waiting in front of the troops and shouted "loyalty" to announce his return to society. "During my military service, I felt the hard work and dedication of many Korean soldiers to defend the country. I hope the people of Korea will give me their love and support," he said, adding, "Thank you for your great support and love. I was discharged in good health. Loyalty!" and expressed his gratitude for the support shown to him."
He also wrote, "Thank you for greeting and supporting the soldiers. Thank you to the citizens. I was so touched. I don't know how to express this overwhelming emotion." He also thanked the people of Wonju, where his unit is based.
At the site across the country, he was greeted by BTS member Jin, who left the group in June. Jungkook, who was unable to attend, congratulated J-hope on the move through the fan community Weavers, writing, "I hope you're happy that you were able to go first. It was hard work." <저작권자 ⓒ 코인리더스 무단전재 및 재배포 금지>
