'X1' actor Kim Woo-seok enlists for active duty with Army's military band

Actor Kim Woo-seok will enlist in the Army this November.

The agency Blitzway Studio said on Nov. 27, "Kim Woo-seok applied to the Army Military Band and was recently notified of his acceptance. Accordingly, Kim Woo-seok will enter the Army Training Center on November 4."

"I will greet you with a more mature appearance after completing my service in good health," Kim Woo-suk said through his agency."

Kim Woo-seok will return to the small screen in November with the drama "0th Period is Insa Time. Kim Woo-seok will play the role of an insider and Bontobi superstar Kang Woo-bin in "0 Period is Insa Time," and will fill the void left by his enlistment with his perfect charm, from his visuals to his learning ability.

Meanwhile, Kim Woo-seok, who has been loved by the public for his group Uptenstion and X1 activities, has been solidifying his position as an actor since his first acting challenge in the web drama "TWENTY - TWENTY" in 2020, showing his stable acting skills in tvN's "Bulguksal" and Cinema Heaven's "Finnish Papa". Kim Woo-seok was also nominated for Best Newcomer at the 3rd Cheongryong Series Awards for his role in the teen thriller "Night Has Fallen" on U+ Mobile TV, which was released last year.
