QWER scores highest day 1 sales for mini sophomore album...including major chart toppers

The band QWER is making a comeback and rallying on various charts.

QWER's second mini album, "Algorithm's Blossom," which the group released on Nov. 23, sold 22,655,000 copies on its first day, according to Korean music sales aggregator HanterChart. This is QWER's highest first-day sales in its history. It also sold 10 times more copies than their debut single, Harmony from Discord.

QWER is on pace to break its own record for first-day sales of Algorithmic Blossom, and with less than a week to go, final first-day sales are expected to be even higher.

Along with their comeback, QWER charted all of their songs on the Melon HOT100, a major Korean music site, and topped the Bucks real-time chart with their title track "My Name is Clear. The song also reached #2 on the Melon HOT100 and #21 on the Melon TOP100, signaling the group's third consecutive box office success. The music video for "My Name is Sunny" has also garnered over 3 million views, making it the #1 most trending video on YouTube and the #1 most trending song on YouTube.
