TWICE’s Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung Participate in Netflix Animation 'K-pop Demon Hunters' OST
TWICE members Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung have participated in the original soundtrack for Netflix’s global animated movie 'K-pop Demon Hunters.'
According to an official article released by Netflix on the 24th at 7 AM (U.S. Pacific Time), Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung will be featured in the original song for 'K-pop Demon Hunters,' which will premiere on June 20 across 190 countries worldwide.
'K-pop Demon Hunters' is a hybrid action musical animation telling the story of globally popular K-pop superstars who secretly hunt demons offstage to protect their fans. It is produced by Sony Pictures Animation, known for hits like 'Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse,' and directed by Korean-American director Maggie Kang and 'Wish Dragon' creator Chris Appelhans.
Director Maggie Kang said, "It was a pleasure working with Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung. Their collaboration played a vital role in ensuring the authenticity of this film and music within K-pop culture and brought our vision of portraying a real K-pop group to life."
