Jin lights up the Empire State Building: “Just like music brightens hearts, I wanted to brighten New York”
Jin of BTS attended the lighting ceremony at the iconic Empire State Building in New York City to celebrate the release of his second mini album, "Echo."
On May 21 (local time), the Empire State Building was illuminated in the key colors of Jin’s album — blue, pink, yellow, and white. Jin explained that the colors represent hope, love, joy, and new beginnings, aligning with the messages of "Echo."
Standing at the event, Jin said, “Just like music lights up our hearts, the Empire State Building brightens New York.” He added, “These colors reflect the dreams and messages we share.”
Jin expressed deep gratitude to ARMY, saying, “You’ve always been my inspiration and strength. You are the echo that resonates across the world.”
He also performed the title track "Don’t Say You Love Me" live, with his voice echoing across the New York skyline and drawing loud cheers from fans who gathered for the event.
Jin is set to appear on NBC’s "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on May 22 and will meet fans in a special event titled "Hi-Seokjin" on May 23 in New York. <저작권자 ⓒ 코인리더스 무단전재 및 재배포 금지>
