ENHYPEN turns into “vampire test subjects” in final concept for 6th mini album

ENHYPEN has revealed the final concept for their 6th mini album “DESIRE : UNLEASH,” titled the “ENGENE” version, drawing attention for its dramatic transformation.

Released at midnight on June 21 via the group’s official social media, the “ENGENE” version features a unique game-inspired concept centered on the theme of “vampire test subjects.” Set in a cold laboratory, the members portray mysterious behaviors, with their emotionless expressions and striking visuals enhancing the eerie atmosphere.

A concept film was also released, styled like a classic horror game. The video follows a storyline in which a researcher attempts to escape with ENHYPEN, who appear as experimental subjects. Game controls and item selection menus appear throughout, increasing the immersive effect.

According to their agency BELIFT LAB, a promotional web game based on the “ENGENE” concept will be launched at noon on June 21. Teasers bearing the phrase “ENHYPEN ESCAPE” were shared on social media on June 20, building anticipation among fans.

Previously, ENHYPEN showcased three distinct concepts — “MAKE,” “YOU,” and “MINE” — to explore the theme of human desire, receiving explosive reactions. The tracklist poster will be unveiled on June 22, followed by an album preview on June 23. The new album will be officially released on July 5.
