Crime Action Film 'Yadang: The Snitch' Expands Global Release, Targeting North America and Southeast Asia

The crime action film 'Yadang: The Snitch' is set for a global release, aiming for international success.

Directed by Hwang Byeong-guk, 'Yadang: The Snitch' follows a broker named Yadang who designs Korea's drug market, alongside a prosecutor seeking power and a detective obsessed with eradicating drug crimes. After receiving positive reviews in Korea for its high-quality action and intense immersion, the film is now rolling out in international markets.

'Yadang: The Snitch' premiered in Indonesia on April 23 and North America on April 25. It is scheduled for release in Vietnam on May 16, Mongolia on May 30, and Taiwan on September 5. Additionally, theatrical releases in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Thailand have been confirmed, further raising expectations for global success.

Doris Pfardrescher, CEO of Well Go USA, which is distributing the film in North America, described it as "a thriller with unpredictable twists, gripping tension, and powerful performances that will captivate North American audiences instantly."

Vietnamese distributor Mockingbird Pictures also expressed high expectations, stating, "'Yadang: The Snitch' is a high-stakes thriller with intense drama and suspense that will keep Vietnamese audiences on the edge of their seats."

CJ ENM Hong Kong, responsible for distribution in Southeast Asia, commented, "We believed 'Yadang: The Snitch' would resonate well in Korea and naturally wanted to introduce it to Asian audiences as well."

Following its domestic success, 'Yadang: The Snitch' is poised to make its mark on the global stage, meeting audiences around the world.
