IU Opens First Global Fan Community on Berriz, Strengthens Connection with UAENA

Singer and actress IU has launched her first official global fan community, marking a new chapter in connecting with fans worldwide.

On May 13 at 2 PM, Kakao Entertainment announced the opening of IU's official fan community on the global K-culture platform 'Berriz.' This new space is designed to facilitate closer interaction between IU and her international fanbase.

Following a successful world tour and her acclaimed performance in Netflix’s 'When Life Gives You Tangerines,' IU plans to deepen her global fan engagement through Berriz. Records from her long-standing official fan cafe 'From. IU' will also be gradually transferred to the new platform, preserving cherished memories while opening a new chapter.

Within Berriz, a special area will be dedicated to official fan club 'UAENA 8th' members. Fans who complete verification can receive a digital membership card and access exclusive content in the 'UAENA ZONE.'

To celebrate the community's launch, IU will host a 'Voice Live' session on May 14 at 10:30 PM via Berriz, continuing the tradition of her annual 'IU’s 5.16MHz With UAENA' birthday event. This year’s interaction promises to be another memorable experience for fans.

Additionally, IU will collaborate with Berriz to operate a special 'IU HBD CAFE' from May 15 to 18 in three key areas of Seoul: Seongsu, Yeonnam, and Yongsan. Fan club members will receive drinks and specially designed goods, offering fans a meaningful gift.
