Min Heejin Re-elected to the Board of Directors of Adore for a Three-Year Term

Min Heejin, former CEO of Adore, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors.

According to the music industry, on the 17th, ADORE held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting and voted to pass a resolution to reappoint Min as an internal director.

As a result, Min's term as an inside director, which is set to expire on the first of next month, will be extended for three years from the second of next month.

The board of directors had proposed a compromise last month, extending Min's term as an inside director but not accepting his return as CEO. Min, however, is demanding to return as CEO.
